It's Festival time here in Prescot where we live. One of the evening events has been a showing of the film "Sound of Music" where people attending were invited to wear fancy dress and sing along with lyrics posted at the bottom of the screen.

It was a great success as evidenced by the photos accompanying this post. There were a few minor hiccups (including a power cut) but this was soon resolved by renting a gas generator thankfully.

I thought for fun I'd publish a couple of photos of our son (the bearded nun...lol) and others who joined in for the evening. Dave (our son) is responsible for the website and shares with the Director (and committee members) the admin for this annual event. It's a lot of work and they thrive on it.
